Oyster Catchers
By Josh Harrison |

Today I was at Tophill Low Nature Reserve for some fresh air and to try and capture some wildlife shots. The Oyster Catchers recently had their chicks and although it took a while they eventually came close enough for some photos as they taught their chick to forage for worms and insects on the mud banks. Here is my favourite shot of one of the parents and a chick. You can view more Natural History Photography here.
